Overview
- Return Window: The refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, a full refund or exchange cannot be offered.
- Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items

Refund Process
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to the store’s error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Credit Card Company: Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Bank: There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact info@jeandresgaming.co.za.
Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to info@jeandresgaming.co.za. If the same item is not in stock, a refund will be issued.
Shipping Returns
- Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Time: The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on your location, from 1 to 4 business days.
- Tracking: For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The store does not guarantee that they will receive your returned item.
