Overview

  • Return Window: The refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, a full refund or exchange cannot be offered.
  • Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Credit Card Company: Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to info@jeandresgaming.co.za. If the same item is not in stock, a refund will be issued.

Shipping Returns

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping Time: The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on your location, from 1 to 4 business days.
  • Tracking: For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The store does not guarantee that they will receive your returned item.
